📥 How do I download my files?
Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime by logging into your account and going to My Orders.
🖥️ What formats are included?
Each design includes a ZIP file with multiple formats: PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VIP, VP3, XXX and more. If you need a specific format not listed, feel free to contact me!
💡 How do I unzip the files?
Download the ZIP file to your computer. Then, right-click and choose “Extract All” (Windows) or double-click it (Mac) to unzip. Mobile users may need a free app to unzip files.
📋 Can I use these for items I sell?
Yes! You may use these designs for physical products you sell in small quantities, small businesses only.
❌ You may not resell, share, or distribute the digital files.
🔁 Can I get a refund on digital files?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not available. Please double-check your machine compatibility before purchase. I'm happy to help with file issues if something goes wrong!
🧵 What kind of stabilizer/needle/fabric should I use?
Every machine and fabric is a little different.
